Frequently asked questions.

  • Each treehouse has comfy beds, fluffy towels and super soft linens. They all come equipped with your own kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk (on request prior to arrival) and cooking oil provided) and bathroom. Washing up liquid is provided.

    We provide Bramley bathroom amenities and bathrobes (in 2 person cabins).

    The kitchens in Oriana, Walden, Venn & Humboldt have two gas rings. There is a bar fridge/freezer. Outside there is a pizza oven & BBQ.

    The kitchens in Journeyman & the Oast House have six rings and large oven. There is an American style fridge/freezer. Outside there is a pizza oven & BBQ.

  • Wellies or walking boots to make the most of the wonderful walks on your doorstep! A waterproof jacket in case the weather turns and cosy socks/slippers and jumpers for the evenings by the fire. You may also like to bring a hot water bottle.

    Flip flops for the deck to make use of the outdoor baths. In the summer months you may like to bring sun cream and insect repellent.

  • Each treehouse has allocated parking just outside of it.

  • All of our spaces are off grid so we encourage you to be mindful when using electricity (i.e. turning lights off when going out) and avoid using high consumption appliances such as hairdryers as they overload the system. As such, we are unable to charge electric vehicles at the treehouses.

  • Journeyman Treehouse has WiFi.

    Our other spaces do not currently have Wi-Fi but do have some phone signal. We encourage you to download any directions, films etc ahead of your stay.

  • The woodland cinema is for our smaller spaces as it accommodates two people. There are a small selection of DVDs available so we recommend bringing along your favourite film. There are no streaming facilities. You can book your slot for the cinema under the 'Do' section on our website. Don't forget to bring wired headphones. It is open from April- October and you’ll receive a link to book in your pre-arrival information.

  • Guests can use the court without needing to book, just bring along rackets and balls.

  • Dogs are welcome in the cabins and charged at £30 per dog. Maximum 2 dogs per cabin. Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture. Dogs are only welcome downstairs in Journeyman. Unfortunately dogs cannot be accommodated in the Oast House.

  • We do not currently have charging facilities in the woods. The nearest charging point is Tenbury Road Car Park (HR7 4LW in Bromyard) which is around 3 miles away.

  • Access is via a gravel farm track. This can be unsuitable for low cars & can be bumpy in places depending on the time of year. If you have any concerns, please contact us before booking.

  • All treehouses/ cabins except for Oriana have curtains over most windows but there are windows without curtains to enable you to immerse yourself in the woods. If you are bothered by sunlight then we would suggest bringing an eye mask.

  • Absolutely - you will just need to be on hand to meet the driver in the farmyard as some drivers aren’t happy to drive into the woods and so will unload your groceries there. Check in is from 4pm.

  • Contact us with your preferred time slots/days and number of people and we’ll let you know pricing and availability.

  • The on-site cidery is called Little Pomona, you would need to check with them directly if they could offer you a tour & tasting. The contact email is - wassail@littlepomona.com  in your email please confirm the desired day and number of people then he can confirm if it’s possible.

  • These can be ordered up to 5 days prior to your arrival via the guest portal in your pre-arrival information. if you’ve booked through a third party then please contact us with your food order 5 days before your stay and we can add this to your booking manually. Regrettably, food pre-orders cannot be accepted less than 5 days before a stay.

  • The Green Dragon pub is around one hour's walk away from the property and serves classic pub food.

    The other options that are a short drive include the gastro pub Baiting House (10 min drive) or for fine dining there is  Sow which is also a similar distance.

    If you want to pre-order food, we also have hampers that are left in the cabin ready for your arrival and you can prepare them at your leisure. 

  • We have 300 acres so plenty of walks without leaving the property, we send out walking routes ahead of your stay to use on OS Maps.

    Off-site there’s the beautiful Malvern Hills (20 min drive), Black Mountains (1hr30 min drive), Brecon Beacons (1hr 45 drive).

  • We have plenty of beautiful towns and cities to visit.

    There’s Worcester & Hereford (each around 30 mins) away.

    For traditional towns there’s Ledbury (20 mins), Leominster (25 mins), Ludlow (35 mins) & Hay on Wye (1 hr).
